StartFrameProgrammingMode

Places the console into the mode for programming a new key frame within a key frame shape. This method will stop the edited shape (to allow the programmer the ability to see what is being stored into each frame), then will set the console's programmer to a temporary scratch area before bringing up the key frame builder softkey menu and WPF control.
