Parameters

group ( Int32 ) : The group button (either virtual (IPCGBES display) or hardware (Sapphire)).

wheelPageStride ( String ) : ID of the property containing the number of wheels available

wheelAllocation ( String ) : The ID of the property containing the wheel allocation (wheel number where second attribute ought to be placed when there are more wheels than attributes)
